Discussion

The Holistic shift is a natural process occurring when the system connects to the underlying stillness. For the process to happen it is helpful for the practitioner to deepen into stillness and orient to primary respiration. As the Holistic Shift takes place the structures, tissues, fluid-field and potency enter a state of equilibrium, and are perceived as unified and un-fragmented. The expressions of the body - physical, fluid and potency and the corresponding tides - might be sensed simultaneously and inter-connected.
