Treatment Notes
The nature of the heart is too expand
The heart expresses inhalation in primary respiration as a sense of expansion and ease within the thoracic cavity. In health there can be a strong sense of the motility of the heart expanding to fill the thoracic cavity. The pericardium is a major feature of the thorax and has strong ligamentous connections to the diaphragm, sternum, vertebrae at T2 and T5, the cranial base and the thyroid, hyoid and mandible. The heart expresses mobility as it moves up and down with the diaphragm. In cranial work is a a very important organ in terms of emotional context and ignition dynamics. There is a huge amount of electrical activity around the heart with sophisticated neural control - 'heart brain'.
